The Quotations main page is where all created quotations will be listed.

Quotations

Direct users to the main Quotations page.

Filter & Search

Enable users to search for a particular quotation with specific criteria, such as:

  • Customer Name / Quotation No. / Quotation Ref.
  • Quotation Date
  • Due Date
  • Store
  • Status

Create New Quotation

Enable users to create a new quotation in the portal. For more information, see Creating New Quotation.

Export Quotation List

Download all/filtered quotations list in .csv format.

Quotation List

Shows the entire list of quotations existing in the portal based on the filter/search criteria applied by users, such as:

  • Quotation No.
  • Quotation Ref.
  • Customer
  • Quotation Date
  • Due date
  • Store
  • Amount
  • Status

 

Quotation Details

 

The Quotation details is a page is where a quotation will be created.

Quotation Number*

Enter a quotation number that uniquely identifies this quotation.

💡  This field supports special characters  – . _ ~ : / ? # [] @ ! $ & ‘ () * + =,”

Quotation Reference

Enter a reference for the quotation.

💡  This field could be used by users to identify their quotations more distinctly (eg. their customer’s PO number)

Quotation Date* / Due Date*

Quotation Date  :  Enter the date from when this quotation is valid.

Due Date      :  Enter the date of when this quotation becomes expired.

Customer*

Enter and/or select the customer to be tagged to this quotation.

💡  The Customer must have been created in the backend portal in order to appear in this field. For more information, see 2.1 Creating New Customers of the EPOS V5 BACKEND MANUAL.

Store*

Enter and/or select the store that holds the products tagged to this quotation.

Tax type*

Shows list of Tax Types which are registered into BACKEND PORTAL. Users can select Tax Type accordingly. For more information, see 9.4 Tax Rules of the EPOS V5 BACKEND MANUAL.
